H3 Recipe is a six-month program where we work one-on-one to build the best plan for you to lead your best life. You and I will work together to test theories and determine your best path.
Through attentive conversation and experimentation, we will build the recipe for success that best fits your habits and your lifestyle. We will do a pantry review and discuss navigating the grocery store paired with a session on “movement that works best for you”.
In the movement session, we will explore activities that fit with your daily life and things you enjoy so these habits can be sustained. We will also spend time talking about everyday life challenges, this will help me to gain insight into more effective strategies to fit your lifestyle needs.
