This is a three-month program for those beginning their wellness journey. We will meet virtually once a week to begin testing new strategies and learning the successes and challenges of achieving your goals. In our first conversation, we will discuss your desire to be in the program and your goals for success. As we move through each session we will build your strategy for wellness through conversation, support, accountability, and continuous learning.
